Where's my Art?
Minutes after PayPal processes your payment, you will receive an email from Mo's Digital Pencil with links to your purchased illustrations. Simply click on the link and you will be brought to the download. Save the zip file onto your computer, unzip it and it's ready to use!
Notes:
Normally you'll receive your links right away, but if you have paid by eCheck, it can take from 3-5 days for the check to clear and for PayPal to send me the go-ahead.
If you have paid by credit card or PayPal transaction, but do not receive an email with links, check your spam folder. Computers are not always so good at recognizing fine art! :)
If you have lost or misplaced the e-mail containing the download link, just come back here and log in to your account. After doing so, you should see a link on the right hand side of the page Called "My Details". Clicking it will take you to a page containing a list of all of your recent purchases!
If the item you are looking for is not there, there could be one of several reasons for this:
- Your transaction may have not been completed... check your PayPal account to see if it went through.
- You may have already downloaded the file the maximum allowed number of times.
- The time limit for downloading the file may have expired.
